Items ordered will be delivered as soon as possible and we aim to deliver to you within 5 working days (during busy periods this may be extended by a few days). All deliveries will require a signature on receipt. Please note, we reserve the right to deliver the goods to the cardholders address only.

PLEASE NOTE, AT PRESENT WE ONLY DELIVER TO ADDRESSES IN THE UNITED KINGDOM (INCLUDING THE SCOTTISH ISLANDS, NORTHERN IRELAND AND THE CHANNEL ISLANDS).

While we make every effort to ensure that delivery takes place within five working days on items that are currently in stock, we cannot guarantee any delivery times. In the event that we cannot deliver your order or a part of your order we will inform you within three working days.

Back Orders: If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait and all appropriate monies will be refunded to you.
